Wigo4it

Wigo4it designs smart IT solutions with social impact. Together with Cerius and RentReview, we helped them find the right location. We designed their new working environment: social, dynamic and colorfully layered. Exactly what suits the team.

After a search in which we advised Wigo4it on potential locations and spatial options, a floor in the New Babylon building complex in The Hague turned out to be the perfect match. Not a ‘straightforward’ floor plan, but a floor with a surprising layout. In line with the dynamics of the organization, which works according to the Spotify model. This dynamic of different teams has been incorporated into our design in multiple typologies of spaces. By placing freestanding clusters of closed-off rooms in the middle of the space, zones are naturally created where the different teams (also known as ‘squads’) have their own domain, even when in an open space. In order to work well and efficiently, rooms for stand-ups, brainstorms, pleasant meeting rooms, but also places to work quietly and undisturbed, are within reach.

“For an organization that designs IT solutions with social impact, its own social heart cannot be missing in the working environment. ‘Café Socrates’ is in the heart of the interior.”
“Various graphic shapes in cheerful colors add an extra layer to the interior – in contrast to the quiet workplace.”
