Top consulting firm on the move
Hollandse Nieuwe has designed the new office of approximately 7,800 square meters for a top strategy consulting firm. They have leased three floors, including a private terrace. In addition, the firm’s employees will have access to the urban forest on the tenth floor of the office building. This forest, measuring around 600 square meters, will be located at a height of 35 meters, making it visible from the highway and the railway right next to the building.

The new home base will be a state-of-the-art office where comfort and a healthy working environment take center stage. The project is expected to be fully operational at the end of 2025.
