Eredivisie N.V. office
The Dutch premiere and first league football association as well as two other associated organisations have moved to a villa in Zeist. Hollandse Nieuwe developed an inspiring office based on an activity based work concept. The building is a renovated villa and only the façade is original (architecture by Studiozo). Whilst the exterior looks like a traditional mansion, the interieur has no reference to its historical context.

The premiere and first league football association all have their own domain within the building whereby the specific identity of each party is reflected. The joint connection “football” is reflected in the materialisation and the grid patterns made by the football shoe studs.
