Byzantium
State street Global Advisors purchased Byzantium, located in the heart of Amsterdam at the entrance of the iconic Vondelpark. In order to support an attractive positioning of this building, we were asked to upgrade the entrance. To make sure the recognizability of the building would be increased we literally wanted to make the entrance shine. We realized this by covering the entire canopy at the entrance in bright LED stripes.

Next to the outstanding canopy, the entrance itself became a warm, attractive and bright space, by applying wooden walls and acoustic panels. The finish is detailed and refined, solutions that suit tenants such as Bloomberg, SH Kelkar and Company Limited, Bingh Advocaten. The building has now been fully let.
