Philips

The renovated Philips office is fully aimed at stimulating meeting and communication. Employees have no fixed workspots any more; they are now working according to the principe of ‘Workplace Innovation’. After analysis of activity patterns and work processes of the employees, a concept was created in which a number of workplace typologies have been realized.

The plinth of the building has been redesigned as a meeting-and conference centre. The main floor houses an entertaining and informative entrance lobby. The first floor allows for employees to work in the office restaurant and the newly developed grand café. This café purposely has a central place in the office.

Aside from this, other changes to the building include the former auditorium, which has been transformed into an attractive project room with bordering conference rooms, which teams of employees can temporarily use to work in. The building now has many of these flexible conference rooms.

The 15th floor houses a representative conference floor with high-end meeting solutions. The 21st and 22nd floor house quieter conference rooms with a view of the city. This spreading of facilities is beneficial for mobility and increases mutual communication between employees.

The Philips identity has been implemented in many ways. The guest (or employee) is placed in a world which fully displays the values of Philips. For this purpose, a brand experience to interpret the Philips business values on several levels of communication has been created.

Philips has a strict policy regarding the publication of interior photos. Due to this, we cannot publish any pictures.
